During an internship, I created precise CAD replicas of consumer electronics including handheld scanners and batteries using caliper and radius gauges measurements to ensure dimensional accuracy.

These models were used to design charging racks for Amazon warehouse infrastructure.

The printed models fit perfectly in OEM accessories, validating the accuracy of the CAD work before full rack production.
